Welcome to Brittni Speaks

My love for the art of spoken word began when I was a student enrolled in the New Jersey Orators. I still remember my first competition. I recited a prose piece about Rosa Parks, and let's just say, I didn't so well. Instead of being defeated, it inspired me to keep going. For years, I practiced the art of speaking. I continued competing and won multiple gold medals. 

After college, I became an award-winning journalist. After seven years in the business, I turned my love for storytelling into different outlets, such as voiceovers, hosting, and public speaking.
